Caliper painting is a fantastic way to enhance and refresh the look of your vehicle.

As your car ages, the brake calipers can accumulate iron from the brakes, which can tarnish their finish and impact the overall appearance of your car.

Thankfully, we can restore and personalize your brake calipers with a custom color change, bringing them back to life with our expert painting service.

The vehicle is cleaned thoroughly (if your booking is for caliper painting only, we will focus on this area).

The vehicle is lifted using a vehicle ramp.

The alloy wheels are removed.

The calipers are degreased, wire brushed to remove rust, and cleaned thoroughly to prepare for the new color.

The area surrounding the brake calipers is masked off with protective paper to avoid overspray on the brake disc and inner wheel arch.

A base coat of your chosen paint color is applied and allowed to dry to the touch.

A second layer of paint is applied and left to dry.

A final clear coat of gloss or satin lacquer is applied.

The paint is allowed to cure for 24 hours.

The masking is carefully removed to reveal the fresh finish.

A quality inspection is carried out (and any necessary touch-ups are made).

Custom or manufacturer decals are added.

The wheels are re-installed, the car is lowered, and the wheel nuts are torqued to the manufacturer’s specifications.

Your vehicle is now ready for collection.

If you're having this work done alongside a vehicle wrap or other services, the time required for your vehicle may be adjusted accordingly.
